I got Amazon Prime via Airtel Thanks Program. This is expiring on 30-Nov.
What will happen after expiry? Will i get automatically charged 999 rupees for prime? Do i need to disable Prime membership manually before 30-Nov?

You can disable right now. Plan will remain active till original date.
Otherwise, 999 will get charged to your Airtel bill next cycle.
PS – personal experience from Postpaid no.
I have amazon prime subscription from vodafone postpaid plan which is about to expire in 15 days. Please suggest how and where to disable it?
Also any current offers on renewal of prime?
Where did you check Amazon Prime membership last date.. I cann’t find the last date of my active subscription??

In my case , I had forgotten to deactivate amazon prime from Airtel Thanks app. Once the one year period ended, the next day got a sms from airtel that 999 for amazon has been charged. I tried to deactivate through airtel app but as the plan was already renewed could not deactivate it. Then called customer care and they said it will be taken care and to wait till the bill comes. End of one month got bill from airtel with amazon 999 charges. Prime membership was active this whole month. Called customer care again and they waived it off without any fuss and cancelled amazon prime.
Disable on 29th November. Leave one or two days gap and then redeem KITKAT code
