
Airtel Thanks - Unable to make bill payment

For last 7-10 days, I am not able to make any bill payment on on Airtel Thanks using the Axis Airtel card. Card is already saved as tokenised form. First tried booking booking Indane cylinder and then for making electricity payment. In both cases, either the payment option is not shown or card is shown but after entering CVV, pop-up comes that txn cannot be processed due to technic al reasons.
Any one else facing similar problems?
I am not logged in with airtel number.
Try entering card details manually. It worked for me
Amt got debited twice for me, still txn didn't get process.

From last one month always getting merchant name AIRTEL instead of arpl type for ebill. Last month also cashback didnt received. Any solution
Just paid my Airtel Black bill via Amazon Pay .. working fine.
From past 4 days my electricity bill payment, I'm paying from Airtel axis card amount gets deducted from card, bill payment will get failed and refunded to card. I tried 4 times in 3 days, happening same each day. Definetly it's Airtel bill payment service issue.
I made the payment the payment is getting stuck

Now Airtel Thanks removed cc option for bill payments. What the hell is this? 😡

Noticed after you told.
Maybe nobody noticed.
Hard to calculate the cashback, i calculate one amount, get another. It gets deducted saying something and now I am seeing it's adding August cashback saying "additional cashback"

I am getting the same error but I know solution just manually enter the card number your trx will be processed successfully.
Paid Airtel postpaid bill by Airtel CC today. I got pay by debit/credit card option" by scrolling down at the payment mode selection page and had to manually enter details.

Transaction happens but it gets reversed
