Haven’t recieved refund for 2 failed orders either.

Same, 335 stuck and refund not received yet

Rs 750 stuck in jiomart on 29 January no refund yet

I placed an order on same day but not with that code, it was normal one, i returned partial order and received refund as well. May be wantedly dey are holding money who used that code.

Getting money back from Ajio if you return or cancel an item is very difficult. Requires lot of time and effort to keep track & send reminders/follow-ups.

and more and more people are porting to JIO .

Always use upi for quick refunds…. Received in 1 day…. Card takes time and netbanking takes even more… 

done two times got refund next day only (through upi)

Ajio is not giving refund, so useless return policy

yes, my 3 orders refund not initiated.

payment through paytm wallet, surprisingly I placed 5 orders using wallet money and they refunded twice. They r doing this intentionally.

I asked a return request the very next of delivery. They said my area is not serviceable and asked me to self ship the courier, in return they will add 150rs ajio cash to compensate. Over all it took one month to get refund. Yet they didn’t fulfill that compensation part. Sent mail no reply. Sent dm on twitter it’s automated reply. Finally gave up and uninstalled ajio.

Still no refund received for failed orders.What a shameless fraud they are.I will wait till 14 th Feb(TAT as per Ajio),after that I will file online FIR against them.
