last month someone ordered melorra gold to be delivered on dhanteras from ajio in second week of october.now it just says delayed.customer care is hopeless and clueless.they contacted direct melorra they are very rude and said talk to ajio. there is cancel order button showing on ajio.if that is selected then after how much time refund comes back?people have mentioned bad things about refunds from ril companies

From last month ajio customer care became worst. May be they got lot of orders and resources are not there. Lot of delays in delivery, return pickups and refunds. I placed a return on Sep 26th and after lot of emails and followups they picked return on 16th October and still waiting for refund

You will need to keep following up with customer care for refund. No Timelines with mota bhai.

When I called the support line about my delayed Mellora order, they took note of my complaint, and Mellora shipped the following day and arrived within two days. No use cancelling if you're not in a hurry

On order delivery date, on next day order was shipped and within next 2 days was delivered

Don't look at there app tracking its worst. My ordered was delivered 2days back and in app it still shows delivery delayed. Once the seller shipped you should receive a email/sms from bluedart follow that

my point was more than 20 days passed,if we call them then they just say to wait for 24 hours but in ur case they shipped in 24 hours

In my case its reverse. I got my gold after a month and they PayU refunded my money as well sweat_smile Mine was Malabar Gold.

they auto refunded after delivering gold?thru which card payment was done?

Yes Payu refunded it. Nothing is showing in ajio app. It was through hdfc cc.

today someone received 2gm x 2 coins packed in one box inplace of 5gm coin ordered.their packet dont have weight mentioned outside.they have made unboxing video.customer care is pathetic,they said someone will call in 48 hours.they said that no video is required.what should be done?

Write an email with video/drive link, and ask to create a return request.

I did not do anything. I got a mail from payu that it's refunded amd refunded after 2 days.

ajio customer care is pathetic. no replies even after sending unboxing video. will icici bank help with chargeback? if yes then how to do it? transaction date is mid of last month.

@getready @Mayavi @Tejaa @bohemian Paji ajio is telling now that they agree with the video but as it is a non returnable item they cannot take it back. About the missing 1gm they said that they cannot give partial refund as it is seller's fault who is the packer sad will icici help now?within how much time a chargeback needs to be raised?

Chargeback should help (Save the email or social media message where they accepted wrong quantity delivery & refund denial) and for ICICI you got 60 days to raise a dispute (from tx date)

I don't think call recording will be useful (no way to know that the other person belongs to Ajio*). Try for written confirmation via support email

paji expect ur account to be credited with 15 lakh but not any help from ajio
if we mail this form to icici and also to card issuer like visa or mastercard then does it help more?
