Don't look at there app tracking its worst. My ordered was delivered 2days back and in app it still shows delivery delayed. Once the seller shipped you should receive a email/sms from bluedart follow that

today someone received 2gm x 2 coins packed in one box inplace of 5gm coin ordered.their packet dont have weight mentioned outside.they have made unboxing video.customer care is pathetic,they said someone will call in 48 hours.they said that no video is required.what should be done?

ajio customer care is pathetic. no replies even after sending unboxing video. will icici bank help with chargeback? if yes then how to do it? transaction date is mid of last month.

Chargeback should help (Save the email or social media message where they accepted wrong quantity delivery & refund denial) and for ICICI you got 60 days to raise a dispute (from tx date)
