AJIO return request not getting fulfilled

It's been around 45 days I am waiting for a AJIO product to get picked up. But nobody has came to pick it up yet.
Customer care is very shitty. Not helping at all. Not replying at all. Raising issue on twitter did not help either.
It's a high value product. What can I do here?
