I have just checked and wanted to utilise Swiggy and dunzo offer of 50% cashback. But none are showing in the account. My brother collected yesterday and today after order only received 11₹ for other offer because prime offers are removed. Is anyone else facing the same. If yes don’t order now. Wait for sometime.
Update: customer care saying many users reported that, they are upgrading something. So don’t order/Recharge/bill pay to utilise prime monthly coupon. Cashback will not come or wrong cashback is getting credited.

Same with me. I ordered thinking that i will get 50% cashback (as i had earlier collected the offer), but i did not receive any cashback.

Update: Rewards are back already. But any wrong cashback credited due to this technical glitch and non usage of correct reward is not corrected yet. Customer care told it will take next 5 business days.
