If i recall correctly, they finished shooting her part (10-15min role) within a week or two and she must be glad for being part of such expensive film from a very popular director
This is what she said sometime back about RRR & her role
In an old interview with PTI, Alia Bhatt revealed that she literally begged SS Rajamouli to cast her in RRR. Speaking to the news agency, she said, “I had bumped into Rajamouli sir at an airport and I begged him that whatever part he has (for me) I will do it. That time he had not cast for the girl yet.”
She added, “He said he was anyway talking about my timelines. So I told him whatever be the timelines, I will make it happen. We made it happen.” Alia took the effort to learn Telugu to speak her lines in the film.
