Regarding payment, Aliexpress not asking mobile otp. Just entering card details is enough for placing order. See how danger it is. Is anybody knows your card details,they will place the order.
Regarding customs, i am buying from 2016. I bought many items below 1500rs and till now i didn’t face any custom problem. Some dimers say above 2000rs will face problem with custom. Also don’t buy drone even at cheaper rates.
