i also ordered around that time through ebay ,chinese only… still not received. with our PM going gung ho about things from china, i seriously doubt we will get our product.

Corrupt customs officials keep many products for themselves / family, you can’t get these back if that’s the case.

I have ordered few products around 20-25 June . Tracking showing accepted by last mile carrier from months. Not received any product till now

do we need to pay custom if product value less than 5k?

1 month delivery deadline? Or you mean estimated delivery date?
Even before corona, many of these non-traceable shipments used to either get lost or take around 60days to get delivered

Since these are all non-trackable shipments, Calling your postman or reaching out to nearest PO is worthless
So the best thing you can do right now is to wait…ask the seller to extend the delivery deadline further (if it’s going to cross 60days) & if you still don’t get delivery…then obviously open a claim & ger refund

PS: Got two packages delivered (Sing Post & China Post) in June & July (Shipped in May & June)

Just received a pair of earphones which I ordered on July 15 yesterday and paid for shipping via SunYou (trackable). No custom duty. Order value= INR 1.5k

Got 3 of my order ordered in June 23 in August 10 shipping method yenwen special line (Malaysia post) no customs charges . If product packaging is small or more minimum they will release in with in two days if not it takes 14-18 days in Bangalore customs . Tracking in india post or use universal postal union or parcelsapp for detail information.

Wher as for caino super economy tracking shows in china and no future updates when product reaches india . When it shows accepted by lastmile carrier (india post) check in india post website . Minimum 5 ~24 daysfor clearance and sorting update in india post website as item received at nearest post office or out for delivery/beat . (Few times no updates are shown)
For sunyou economic mail updates at every point in china to hongkong to India . Status shows Gmtc depart , Gmtc arrived . When it arrives to India it shows as arrived at destination airport . Final status no more updates .
From now you should track in india post website it took me 24 days for clearance and sorting . When it reaches your nearest post office it shows as consignment received / out for delivery/beat. (Sunyou economic mail is 80% reliable)

what you folks buy from aliexpress?

Looks like if i order band strap from aliexpress, it is highly likely it wont be delivered to me

@JustAnotherDude bro did you really recieved your item coz i also ordered an item and the courier is SunYou(so many negative reviews for this logistics… worried!) also please tell who delivered your package after it arrived in your country. Was it India Post? Also how much time it took for your parcel to deliver.

can anybody tell me about this….I think after the custom clearance the product goes to nearby post office or delivery office but in my tracking it shows out for delivery and delivery in progress just after it got custom clearance. Also can i attach an image here?

Hi I have an order fors past 10 days it is showing enroute to India from Pinang, Malaysia. Tracking – LP516763534MY. no Info update

When the package reaches the destination country it no longer shows any update until your package is delivered if it is not a paid shipping method. Leave it as it is dont worry and after 1 month from the date of purchase be ready to receive ur package. Good Luck

I also faced the same problem.. ordered in July.. Havent recieved till date (Nov 2020). I think all consignments from China have been withheld.

Hi it seems like am on the same boat
Am a newbie on AliExpress I ordered on 9th Nov and now it’s saying it’s accepted by the last mile carrier, arrived at destination country INDIA but which airport which state(Don’t know) I don’t know even it has clear the customs or not,it’s a small packet parcel … What to do now? After status update to “Accepted by last mile courier” there won’t be any further updates for untracked parcels, right? India Post tracking doesn’t show any details.
