So what do you think, especially if you a delivery guy. Be brutally honest.

Yes you are!
but if really one has to label you jerk.. then closer here..
.. i would put, https://desidime.com/discussions/itchy-buttcrack/reply not taking care of the 🍑buttcrack🍑, giving lame excuses like "i am too broke to go to a doctor" as fairly valid reasons to get mentioned in 'Limca book of jerks".
I mean, here we have narendraاللہ taking credit of even the non-existent AIIMS facilities at various locations..
.. and obviously of all the AIIMS thar exist.
So in that light.. yeah.. someone having the time, other resources to use the internet to try to procure https://desidime.com/discussions/where-can-i-buy-morphine/reply lethal doses of morphine.. is obviously expected to take (better) care of their own excrement, excrement expulsion mechanism.
Much as I would not want to "judge",
if I do judge.. the jerk-o-meter would show activity if the 🍑 is not wiped dry enough and thereafter moisturised enough. https://desidime.com/discussions/itchy-buttcrack/reply
Hey🤷🏻♂ i was just following instructions.
you did ask us to be brutally honest!
Tipping culture gives capitalists the liberty to not allow workers to work beyond minimum wage and then the burden of financial fulfilment of worker class falls on the head of consumer.
Just like in West, If people don't tip, they cannot survive no wages provide by their employer.
That's the point.

"
I think, you should try something unexpected and express your gratitude in your style kiss every delivery person and share your boundless love
"
This is the thing nobody can buy with a tip while i rub your wet kiss
Yes.
not for not tipping but for feeling guilty abt it😂
I stopped tipping at a restaurant. These days, I tip only the delivery persons.
No, you are not a jerk for not tipping.
Tipping should like if we feel to or wish to , it is not a compulsory or to feel guilty . But that very feeling is becoming compulsory or shamming practice ton extract extra money forcefully.
In future we are going to see - 20% TIP compulsary - added to bil automatically .
When platforms can take platform fees , festive fees , rain fees , flood fees ... why not poor service guys .. TIP ?
Same reason - Poor should be exploited !!!!!!!!!!!
no you are not
tip only when u give him extra work
Most people should at least give a smile and say thanks to the delivery person. It is an extremely stressful yet thankless job for low pay.
If you are talking about food delivery, I feel they are compensated enough for the job they do. I know it's an unpopular opinion.
Hear me out, we are already paying higher than usual prices for ordering in(deals are less and less now), restaurants are charging packing fees, delivery charges/membership charges and the biggest scam that is GST.
The delivery companies pay them a standard fee per delivery and there are incentives as well for completing certain quotas.
Nowadays these guys are taking their sweet time, clubbing several deliveries to earn maximum(I don't blame them for it).
We are already paying separately for the work they do. Why should we pay more?
I do pay a tip if the weather conditions are bad, i had to order out. Also if they remind of someone i have lost(stupid really)
