Amazon 10% cashback fraud !!!

I have order 2 products on December 14 , 2021 where I have paid using Amazon pay Upi…. Order amount 997/-
So I have 10% upto 100/- offer already collected …. But cashback still not credited already contacted care …. No results…..
All agents say wait 3-4 days time line and nothing gets credited…… This is Technically fraud….. By Amazon….
So stay away from this fraud company….
Order from order ecommerce sites where you get direct discount…. No tension of cashback…

HAHA.. I always collect the offer before payment and cb will credit after product shifted.
Dnt collect the offer if you dnt want to use the offer within a few hrs.
Same here for 50rs cb on 500rs shopping through UPI
Now a days it’s happening too frequent on Amazon….but surprisingly people are not highlighting it, thanks to people like you for sharing
If I’m not wrong the coupon was like 10% cashback upto 100, minimum order should be 999 because last month I placed an order of 1.1k and got the 100 cashback after shipping.
From last 2 months I am getting my Amazon UPI cashbacks perfectly, some immediately and some after shipping. Before that I used to let go of many such petty cashbacks for peace of mind rather than training their customer care team.
I thought Amazon improved their systems.
But this thread gives a different picture.
On Dec 14th AWS had an outage and lot of cashbacks and rewards were not processed. I also faced similar issue in my account. I had raised an SR but nothing has been done. I had chat with them couple of times then I left it. Rs. 100 cb lost.
Yes, they have cb issue… I too faced , against the offer i didn’t receive cb, need to waste time on chat support and they raise tickets, still no cb… sometimes they credit instantly after complain by manually doing that …. sometimes for low cb like 20-50₹ , u dont want to waste ur time and u have to let it go .
Agar automatically aa jata hai toh thek thek else cc se time waste karne ka mann ni karta ab.
Ps – in couple of cases, they just say there ks different department for this and just arrange call for you and even after explaining everything,they need offer screenshot on mail (now a days they provide u link u can upload it then n there) after which they raise ticket and investigate (never ending) and after your 3-4th call for same issue they add cb manually.
