Amazon App Automatically Ordered

I got a notification right now about an order placement on Amazon app.
I’m the only one using the account.
It was a doorstep cash load order of Rs 1 with payment as Pay On Delivery
Anybody know what’s happening? Will it be any cashback and are they adding it as an order? I got Rs 1 on my pay balance

I think this is cash load. You must have paid order through cash and given 1₹ extra to the delivery agent. Like for 99 order, you must have paid him 100 so some agents add the change in Amazon paybalance
