Just had a chat with amazon customer care ,, apparently now amazon hires gen z agents ..so causal just like your friends 😄
So the issue was : I was not able to order item worth 50k [2 item] as there was some bug like scheduled delivery not possible .
this can be avoided if I just order 1 item at one time but doing so will lose me a 5k bonus discount as the Net cart will be below 50k..
so I decided to connect with Amazon customer care ..and this is how it went.
I admit this is one of the most hilarious chat sessions I have encountered... But his last few messages got me worried when he said he has all my history and I thought he might even falsely block my account.
Honestly now I don't want to even continue prime with amazon.
When blind online trolls become BPO agents, this is what happens (Unlimited trash talking + Zero professionalism)
PS: This def needs to be reported (May be contact Bezos team?)
Also, I will def report it to amazon's escalation team.

report this is unprofessional , even i have exp. unprofessionalism with amazon chat guys they talk like trash with long wait.. voice suport is much better .. i guess this is amazon India .. ruining the name of amazon

How I solved was just use deliver to multiple address option ...
it must be his last day at work.....so forget it.....
even if you raise this he would have left the company by then.....most probably......

Amazon hv inhouse customer support team & Flipkart is having third party customer support majority from tech Mahindra BPO...
Here the agent will get a quality fatal & if u highlight it then probably a warning letter 💌
They HV nothing in their hands in both az & fk support team is for namesake & can help u with general queries only... On technical aspects even their trainers don't HV clues then u can't expect then to help for such cases one should write to 2nd level & they will assign the case /action it according to the severity ...

From what i know , they do have access to everything but amazon dosent tolerate this , they remove people if found accessign customer data. have heard a lot of these things. its crazy.
And I thought my chat with amazon support was something when I raised the issue of not being able to change my primary amazon UPI id(mobilenumber@ yapl) to another one & he started asking me to install amazon business app to create an amazon merchant acc to have a "custom primary amazon upi id"
may be ex flipkart employee.
yes they can see all your shenanigans but have to remain polite but this guy lol
LOL this is so unprofessional but funny (no offense to original poster). That customer service person is soon going to get fired.

BTW, minimum education needed for Amazon chat support role is 12th pass now.

This is nothing. I once tried to do KYC for Jio Payments Bank. They don't have a workplace I think for doing KYC, they allow agents to do KYC from their home only. When the guy connected, he was topless with a big ass belly and was lying down on the floor on his stomach with his food plate next to him. He didn't even noticed that I had connected for like 30 seconds and he was scolding his wife regarding the food. Then once he noticed, he said aapko KYC karna hai na ? Tell me your first name. I accidentally told my last name and he was like 'maine first name pucha na ?' in a weird tone. Throughout the call he was so unprofessional and kept eating a spoon of dal chawal after every question and I was like WTF. And once he hanged up, the KYC was not complete. I connected next day and there was this guy who looked like a school kid sitting at home doing this part time for some income. He was professional but again KYC failed. Third time was a college girl I guess who was professional and KYC was completed.
Please report these chats to nodal officer.

But at the same time you triggered him first by using the f word. Last i checked that's not a professional word. And also you mentioned Flipkart in Amazon chat which is totally irrelevant.
Here i told the issue and straightaway he said no issue is there.. atleast he could have asked more or said let me connect with relevant team if he is not aware..
And plus the f word u said I admit is wrong but not used in any abusing or other manner ,he first said your life your choice.. i was surprised by amazon cs response so naturally asked if there is anything wrong...
I also asked if he is leaving this org (are you notice period ) to which he said no..
I tolerated everything till he mentioned he can see my order history ..
To me this was kind of threat what if he block my account or misuse my details so i just disconnected..
I too enjoyed this human like interaction till the threat
I had disposed my order on Flipkart but is this support is really helpful ? If you really need urgent help

when you ask, what the F is wrong with you, you deserve to be trolled.
Try to see messages what transpired first.. I even after then tried to understand why he did it like this maybe he is quitting but no
Now I just pray this type of thing should not happen with you or anyone .. Just imagine this behaviour once you have any genuine issue (in my case it was bug not letting me do the order )
So instead of just being a compensate human being for a agent whose primary job is to attend customer ..think of both side.. Thank you
And tbh this isn't a trolling behaviour .. trolling is what you and I can do whilst not being on job .
Initially i too liked this as i am not a grunt person who likes to get angry at slightest thing..i was friendly but once he starts to actually show he don't care if the issue is real and sort of threatened like he can see my all history and everything I myself dropped.
I hope you will see my point just keeling aside one f(not full word though and not in a abusing sense)
In that case, just end the chat and start a new chat. That's the way.
