Just had a chat with amazon customer care ,, apparently now amazon hires gen z agents ..so causal just like your friends 😄
So the issue was : I was not able to order item worth 50k [2 item] as there was some bug like scheduled delivery not possible .
this can be avoided if I just order 1 item at one time but doing so will lose me a 5k bonus discount as the Net cart will be below 50k..
so I decided to connect with Amazon customer care ..and this is how it went.
I admit this is one of the most hilarious chat sessions I have encountered... But his last few messages got me worried when he said he has all my history and I thought he might even falsely block my account.
Honestly now I don't want to even continue prime with amazon.

May be some scammer has hacked Amazon Chat and scanning complete Amazon account history of customers. It's scam, report it.
I stopped talking with them on chat...Don't want to be mean but Amazon seems like appointing class 5 pass people as their chat support & also on the phone support...
I wrote in another thread that, one of their support agents told me in the chat "Sir kindly contact the social media team from where you have ordered the product"...I didn't know Amazon ke itna boore halaat aa gaye ke aajkaal social media pe bhi cheeze bech raha hain... 😃
Plus, I get same worst English emails from them after I call them...One guy wrote me this in email, "Sir keendly wet till 5-6 august for soluting the issue"...And I contacted them on September & they asked me to WET till 5-6 August...😄
I have hard time understanding what they are actually trying to mean...Jitna English aata hain, saara bhul jaata hu inke saath baat karne ke baad...
Knowing English is not at all compulsory but we don't expect Amazon, the biggest ecom company appointing such unprofessional people who don't know what they are saying/writing & how to behave with customers...
