I dont want to give even a single star to Amazon: Below is my detailed review.
Amazon cash on Delivery is a big fraud/Dangerous/Security/bulling and threatening issue to ladies stay at home(India). Today my wife was alone at home and we were expecting the Amazon “water purifier” delivery at home. We opted the “cash on delivery” for this item but Amazon guy were force us to transfer the amount to their account instead of hand cash. They were continuously rejecting the cash in hand and secondly asking to take our item by our self from ground floor to second floor(Our Door step).
Unfortunately I was not at home and they were continuously bulling at my home. My personal recommendation that please don’t prefer the Amazon for cash delivery in case ladies at home. Mostly they tried to cheat and threaten the ladies.
However I wrote this review for the peoples awareness only, So that woman can be safe in home and no body can try to threaten them.

Amazon courier service is pathetic . My house is infront of the ats office. Product reaches the destination city but they dont deliver same day Atleast they takes 2-3 days to deliver it.If you contact amazon cc they ll tell you to wait till the expected delivery date .
Agreed with your point, i asked the delivery person why they are taking too much time, he replied " sir we have many parcels to be delivered on commitment date, so we prioritize it and delivered accordingly "
Similar thing was happened with me, Delivery agent called me asked me to take it from Park which was not near my house but I replied that I will not take it. You can go

Do raise this issue vigorously in full details with amazon cc and make them apologize along with delivery agent, if possible then delivery agency recruited also. These assholes must be held accountable for their behavior and conduct.
