Amazon cashback credit issue

I faced this issue already couple of times this week. If I am eligible for any cashback on placing normal orders or Amazon fresh orders, I get the confirmation email that cashback is credited with a specific gift card I'd on my Amazon pay balance but it does not actually reflect in the total balance or under transactions.
I had to complain on Twitter to their customer care and they had to credit it manually.
Don't blindly trust Amazon, check your transactions if you had to recieve cashback on your orders.

It happened with normal orders also not just Amazon fresh order.
This is an ongoing issue and would be resolved in upcoming days team is working on it
For me bal gets updated but it doesn't show under transactions for some order
Yes, it's messed up specially very difficult to track. May be we should start maintaining credit, debit list manually ourselves in excel. For Amazon, it's just a number to tamper with and we do not have a way to trace.
