Amazon cashback hurdles

This is actually going on for a long time like since last October. Whenever its time for receiving cashback, the cc guys will act as if they have no idea. Then after describing the details, they will ask for proofs and since the offers keep on changing every week/month, it’s difficult unless one screenshot everything.
I had give up on earlier cashbacks since I had no pics.
But this time, I screenshot from offer’s TnC to even chat messages with the cc ppl who said I was eligible for the cb offer.
And after patiently waiting for a month and still hearing nonsense, I dropped all the pics in their email and was told to wait another 3 days for the cb.
So, bottom line is if there’s a good cashback offer on amazon, make sure to screenshot every details about the offer and save it for claiming cashback.

Yes right even for KYC 200 cashback i had to wait for 2 months after contacting them multiple times just yesterday i got the cashback.

To the moron who has downvoted this as invalid deal/coupon, seriously look at the forum and this is only a precaution warning to other amazon users.
Bottom line is to take screenshots of the offer details as amazon cc goes back against their offers 😑

You are talking to people who have no control over anything… or even know anything… It is not a nice place to work and they pay less than others. And I have noticed their offers change. without screen shots the CC people don’t have anything to report with. Not their fault but those of higher up and other departments. I remember before they had power to refund or pay etc for problems but now a supervisor has to do it. profits to them is all that matters. Read the post from the guy who worked at airtel CC.. He knew what was doing on but powerless to do anything. Even when he came down his own, he still had to do things the hard way knowing what the truth was.

Don’t know about the airtel guy you’re talking about but the case maybe true in this case too.
But even in other organisations, be it private or public/gov when the same cc ppl (sadly most of them) actually do treat consumers like fools and sometimes like shit.
Their behaviour is nothing short of deplorable.
Just last Dec, had a nasty experience with renewing my passport and in jio centre.
P.S. Amazon cc ppl will be all smiley yet pretty stubborn, snapdeal is helpful, flipkart will be all out nasty while paytm doesn’t have cc… its just a copy paste bot or something.
And 1mg/netmeds cc ppl are plain, helpless liars.
Swiggy cc ppl are probably the friendliest in India.
