From today onwards I see Amazon has discontinued Fresh service in my pin code. Yesterday was able to place order .
Today getting message that service is outside area.
Please check yours. Specially tier 3 and above

I am from Jharkhand and it was discontinued since August in some areas. They have stopped the service in Ranchi but delivering in Jameshedpur. I don't know what's the logic of excluding Capital city.

They discontinued in my area also, talked to FK sponsered Hub Manager , said ladke bhag gaye..gave numbers of few delivery partners, reinstated services in 10-12days.. again ladke bhag gaye when Ecom started to give 14-16/order 🤣

Yes. Fk grocery main problem is delivery partners. They give open delivery which most delivery partners don't want to handle.

What about now local orders, the ones which anyway get shipped from other cities?
Hope they do not entirely shut down and leave us in the hands of two three big players.
Flipkart's similar service (I do not know the name for sure) is not everywhere.
And Swiggy, Bigbasket type companies have ridiculous pricing at times.
Not to mention, restricted selection or availability of items.
(IN so far as non metro/ non Tier 1 cities are concerned).

Well they r delivering in Pakur(jharkhand)
Interestingly all the fresh items were shipped from Kolkata warehouse, it's strange they have stopped their services in ranchi
