Is it possible to get it exchanged on Amazon from my account
I will order what I want and return this item instead for claiming refund
.. The person who gifted didn’t purchase through Amazon.

Not possible if it’s not purchased from Amazon, I won’t recommend any tricks here as we all should avoid malpractices
