I’m planning to exchange my S9 for iPhone 11 during this BBD, how strict is amazon’s exchange?
The problem with my phone is green tint, it randomly turns green for a few minutes but other than that its absolutely fine. So, wanted to know a few things:
a. will the delivery guy check in a very detailed manner?
b. Will he ask me to return my phone if later he finds out about the issue?

Phone is absolutely mint, no scratches, bent etc. Only the display turns green randomly which I believe is due to a glitch. ( Happened to Samsung S20, 10 and Note series )
if the phone is working fine during inspection and he accepts it, can the delivery guy later ask me to return the new device and cancel the order delivered?
Sometimes the buyback price are so low, you might just want to keep that old phone as a backup.
Amazon exchange is far better than flipkart

The delivery guy will check if phone is in working condition or not..He will check the imei and also if phone body is bent or there is major dent on phone body..If everything is allright ,he will exchange the device…else you will have to pay full value of new device…
