Amazon fraud seller help

guys, I ordered a book from a 3rd party seller in amazon. its around 15 days now, the tracking ID is fake and no delivery yet.
Amazon is blaming the seller and asking to wait, seller is not responding and neither cancelling.

What to do now? I was a loyal amazon customer but not anymore now.

CC will say wait for some time, cancel and make fresh order. Nothing else possible i think.

If book is important or urgent order from FK or somewhere else.
It is possible that delay us due to covid or lockdown.
But i think if they provide wrong tracking no, it’s mostly not going to be delivered.
Wait for other dimers to respond.

CC is saying the seller will have to cancel the order. But he is extending the date and not cancelling. His reviews are full of same complaints. I should have been cautious but what options do I have now

At time placing order delivery date was shown to email. After 3 days of that date contact CC and they will refund and more than that they cant do anything
