today when i visited amaozn found that fresh is showing not serviceable on my location. Seems they stopped fresh on few location but why any idea?

They stopped serving my town too.
Amazon seems to have some serious technical adn operations issues. Last week i tried to buy gift vouchers 2 twice and both the time they cancelled the order after 2 days saying that the vouchers stuck due to some technical issue and many users are facing same issue,

Yes, if they disable it, they do it for the category.
All pincodes in that town disabled.
It was anyway a 'negative cashflows' venture for Amazon marketplace.
Because More atores always billed Amazon marketplace for everything that was despatched, irrespective of in transit damage or refusal/ non delivery at customer end.
And as per what people in store operations told,
Amazon had strict policy to record video evidence (surveillance cameras) that perishables claimed as returned, undelivered are actually destroyed.
The Delivery Associates too told this thing, that Amazon does not want the store (or staff) using (or selling) the items.
Thus the D.A. has to go through the whole process.
In nutshell, first have high priced products and still if people purchase due to offers, then shrinkage and pilferage.
Amazon Fresh service is slowly going to end. My pincode is also got unserviceable last year. Amazon is just focusing to offer fresh service in big metro cities. Flipkart grocery is a available at my pincode so I don't care about fresh service now.

No fruits and veggies from the start. Only groceries.
Now Amazon shifting it's grocery business to Subsidiary - more and now more started app and started it's home delivery so that directly compete with jiomart and big basket. Slowly they will remove fresh from Amazon app.
