On 16th I ordered pantry products for 600rs. Yes coupons were not showing up payment page. Customer care executive it was tough for me to explain them. i told her to make a ticket and enter details as per my say. she was helpful then.

yes. More importantly ticket has to raised. so case goes to main customer care department who has authority to keep other departments of amazon in loop. Front desk people(call,chat) not helpful much
