Amazon Gift Card not recieved from Mobikwik

I bought Amazon gift card worth Rs3000 from Mobikwik but i did not recieve any gift card and my money also diducted from my bank.
I also register complain on mobikwik App but even after 24 hour they still did not provided any answer.

It shows Success on transaction history page but it is not showing invoice of that transaction
Generally voucher is sent instantly via SMS. Contact Mobikwik support on twitter. Describe your issue and mention ticket number.
Go to mobikwik app
Then “gift cards”
Then on the very top right click on “my gifts”
Then on “self”
If transaction is successful your gift card will be there
Else you will get refund soon.

Contact them on Facebook… mention ticket id
No problem …..they will refund soon to ur bank…just lodge ur complaint via mobikwik app…alreday once happened to me…..dont worry
Same happened with me thats my i registered a complained and they credited me coupon after 3 days may be due to lockdown they are not providing instantly.
Did you get refund in mobikwik account or bank account or gift card
