I’m not able to save card on smartbuy and there is no purchase history or any tracking how to know txns for amazon,fk purchase??
Smartbuy does not maintain transaction history. Flipkart has different website url when u go through smartbuy. If you purchase on Amazon via Smartbuy, you get confirmation mail after few days. No other tracking required

5% smartbuy cashback up to 1000/month offer is for all hdfc cards(debit & credit, also payzapp) & this cashback comes to bank acc in case of debit cards & in card acc in case of credit cards(payzapp wallet in case of payzapp card). HDFC top end credit cards have exclusive smartbuy offer like on infinia & DCB cards. There is no proper tracking of smartbuy cashback so always keep screenshots of transaction payment pages.

I received cashback of June this month and it was credited to my credit card (regalia). Received 240.63 credited to card. Transacted on Flipkart.
if ordered via payzapp is it mandatory to use payzapp card/hdfc linked card to be eligible for cashback?
any idea?

You can pay using payzapp or any HDFC card to get cashback….. payzapp non-linked card also working.

I have hdfc acc and i am getting notification/email of LTF hdfc with 1k amazon voucher on applying.
It is showing that i am eligible for Regalia cc and mentioned that to make it LTF i need to add 2 billers on smartpay.
I have tatasky dth and airtel postpaid and my annual spend is below 3L.
1. Some one mentioned that i if i add only 100 rs auto bill then also it will make LTF in 6-7 months. is it works for everybody or luck basis?
2. It is showing only 4 points per 150 rs spent (even not on wallet reloads) and points value also only 35 or 50 paisa then what makes Regalia cc choice of every dimers? Is there some other benefits that i am missing?
1. It’s different for everyone. Generally on basic level cards you need to add only one bill in smartpay but as regalia is a premium card, one bill won’t do. I think that even after activating smartpay you need to avail another service (One assist, balance transfer,etc) to make it LTF
2. It offers superior customer service, premium airport lounge access and a host of other add-on benefits like Zomato Gold, lucrative milestone benefits which is why people prefer them
