Amazon ICICI Credit Card Application Problem

I am trying to apply for Amazon ICICI CC from past few days and every time after uploading the income proof(Latest ITR 2020-21)they mail me to re-upload the document again. They are not reachable on phone and they don’t reply to mails, Amazon cc says to call ICICI CC but all in vein. I was just looking for another cc, I own HDFC Moneyback cc. Is the Amazon cc worth it? I do shop frequently on amazon.

Amazon card is not worth it ..it has lost its charm
Better go for Ace card
you can get 5-10% discounted Amazon GV easily by your existing HDFC card….
Plus all the banks offers (Amazon card has less discount if you dont have Prime)
other cards it is usually 10% where as for Amazon card it will be 5 +5(Prime member only) or 3(Non-prime member)
Don’t go hdfc millennia ,there is no transparency in rewards points accumulation and credit., just lodge compliant on Twitter handle, this time you definitely get Apay card,they are active in Twitter
What are you buying from Amazon? Same catalog is now present on Flipkart too..free membership. Also you get superfoins. Faster delivery. Fk gvs are always available @ 5-7%. Why to pay 999prime fee to get 5% cb?

The card is good in terms of rewards . 5% cashback on amazon shopping. But their customer support team is unreachable most of the times. Keep this in mind and go for the card
