Amazon icici credit card issue

My refund from amazon did not credited in my amazon icici credit card account 12 days going on, today i got refund reference no from amazon but there is no any contact number nor any email id given by bank in iMobile app, only useless chat boat is there, what to do? Please let me know contact number or email id of icici bank

If u ordered through EMI there may be chances like the refund will not visible till statement date. Just cross check ur credit limit, if it’s not added with refund amount value, then contact they executive
in my case also happend same. Got refund reerence number from amazon on 30th Mar. but till date no credit in ICICI credit card. Now statement also generated, with the old transaction amount.. any suggestion how to dispute this ? whom to contact amzon or ICICI?

click email option and select credit card-> transaction dispute and fill other details…got credit next day after raising the complain… provide refund id also in complain…
I am having the same issue. Refund raised on April 4th. But refund didn’t come to the account.
