Amazon india forced me to do fraud

So online shopping was a breeze until I started ordering food items (after covid19) and expensive make up items (cuz of discount and more importantly ristas coming).
I will share my warnings here bcz as it looked amazon india has deleted my reviews as well as pics from my banned account.
This was a new account that I made last year October for 2 reasons – new customer offer and hoped for another prime day bug. I only had 1 account previously and when other dimers had 10-50 accounts, so yea lol. (I didn’t make that many accountstudents cuz can’t remember passwords)
1st, Avoid King Solomon dates both plain and medjoul ones – Seller – Candor
Back to back rotten orders on this items was a big red mark. My mistake for going towards heavy discounts like a mindless moth.
2nd, Avoid buying foreign food items like pasta (for some goddamn reason, pasta packets are always ripped open on one end?!) and luxury items from Cloudtail . One dimer did mention about old crap being sent. My mistake for not heeding advice.
Shiseldo compact expired.. relabled and sold, L’Occitane shampoo cap was ripped apart put in a plastic bag and send, innisfree nose strips were missing on top of wrong cashback and a useless L’Occitane serum that was full with 5 star paid reviews.
So like avoid it. Just be on the safe side and order detergents, coconut hair oil, cheaper Indian food items like kissan, weikifield, happilo, etc
About the fraud, since I lost 5k. Made new account, address given my workplace , ordered and got refund of same amt. Hisab barabar. Call me childish but this was satisfying. Amazon india have the whole time and resources to track bugs, discard genuine complaints but they don’t have cctvs and quality supervisors in storing, packaging and shipping depts?!
Highly doubtful. They had also discarded previous complains about fake items from my older accounts and an article was written in money control on how amazon india doesn’t give a rat’s a** and sells fakes. This is all happening and growing due to lack of Indian laws.
Dare they pull this s**t on japan and they’ll be kicked out within a week.
P.S Had 19 orders and 3 refunds previously. 2 didn’t refund or replaced or cashback given (despite screenshots) and account closed.

Not guilt , just writing an experience here, snce I had deactivated facebook, fanfiction and deviantart, years ago.
Error from their side, amount was more since that was min amount needed for cashback, automated 1400 cashback was also given less. And amazon pay loss.
I got the amount another way.
Duh. If you don’t want to read long texts, its better to skip it.

Lol , they dont deactivate accounts so easily , you are definitely complaining about something which is fishy or /else taking lots of refund ,, dont defame amazon by giving stupid reason .
Look two things i would like to tell you , whenever you report defective / rotten / expired items they forward this to their senior team and they look upon feedbacks from other customers regarding the same product and then only they can deboard a seller , if only you are saying u got defective item they will defintely see that customer is lying so they will disable your account .
Secondly , you have not taken any revenge , bcoz next tym again when u will try to take the refund they will block ur account . and how can u say this is satisfying , due to some users like u they stopped giving refunds even for genuine reason ,, so stop ur nonsense of writing this confession over here . rage

Plenty of heavy loots and bugs happen on amazon us, uk, but none of them faced what amazon india does.
Also unlike some dimers here i don’t run 20-100 amazon accounts and do simultaneous bug loot and cashback business.
I made 2 new accounts last year and I just find out i was using same number on 2 accounts, so the 2nd new account is illegal as per their rules. Plus, I got my refund today after i emailed bezos. I got it bcz I had unboxing vids on 2 products and the other didn’t have unboxing vids so no refund on those. To think that we have to take such steps is better going outside and checking quality personally.
As for the seller and product, I already named them esp candor and if you can read, then you can see the reviews yourself. About cloudtail selling fakes, thats not something new and one can go and find out how they wash off their hands from fakes.

The article referred by you doesn’t specifically indicate that any fake product was sold by Cloudtail or Appario. It cannot be denied that Amazon is a marketplace, where other Sellers can register and sell their products. It is not possible for Amazon to ensure that Sellers don’t dispatch fake/damaged/used products. However to offer a satisfaction guarantee to its customers, they always provide an opportunity to buyers to return any fake/damaged/used product and claim refund for the same.

However considering the social fabric of our country, there are always many buyers who try to claim refunds for genuine products as well on various excuses, taking undue advantage of the Satisfaction guarantee policy.

It is unfair to blame Amazon for doing strict scrutiny before processing returns and refunds, in our country and not in Europe and USA

There can be isolated cases where genuine buyers also get trapped in the strict refund process and suffer losses.

Still Amazon remains the most customer friendly online shopping marketplace in our country.

Though their customer service standards have fallen severely in last few years but still they’re above almost everyone else in our country. This indicates that they had started their business here with the bar set very high.

But given the people’s nature here of taking as much advantage as they can from anybody who’s being extra polite they’ve now come to the realization that they have to deal it accordingly.

And as you know it happens that at some point of time we all have to bear the brunt of someone else’s wrongdoing. That’s life.

Missing
