Amazon Merchant CB didnt work - What to do?

I collected a 10% CB coupon on Amazon pay for Goibibo
Did a transaction just 30 mins after that on Goibibo for 7K but didn’t receive the CB, I also did not see the offer on that page where Amazon asks us to select card or pay via amazon balance
What to do? contacted amazon cc but they asked to wait 24 hrs
Do we get CB in such cases?
