Amazon mobile exchange THIS year – how strict are they?
Slight scratches in touch is accepted by them? The display is good. but there are some scratches in touch alone. back panel looks bit old

No issues at all, exchanged a 3s Prime today with two big dents in the front top corner, back panel was almost colorless, the executive said he was instructed just to check any screen cracks & match the imei 😀
Smooth as butter no extra questions, no dramatic apps or anything extra like Flipkart

no issues with amazon but flipkart guy thinks themselves supreme they can reject if there is minor thing. Earlier exchange with amazon and flipkart. Amazon guy instantly takes within two minutes and flipkart wishmaster observe the phone with 10 minutes and then tells the battery is swallon and give stupid reasons of minor 1 scratch which was not actually, had to buy another phone because of that wishmaster. Flipkart wishmaster thinks themselves supreme all depends on their mood but amazon is always lenient. so no issue with amazon.

Flipkart agent cut 1000 from exchange value for scratches in edge.
I think you refused reduced valuation for exchange. Otherwise exchange would have happened at reduced price.
