Hi, I ordered Honor 200 with 5000 extra bonus for exchange. I am exchanging Redmi Note 5 mobile. Exchange value of mobile is 900. Mobile is in good working condition with some scratches.
The delivery person came today for exchange. He installed Rabbit exchange app and tested. All went good and bar code also generated. After all tests delivery person said "I cant upload IMEI screenshot. That test is skipping automatically."
I showed him mail from Amazon with exchange mobile IMEI number. But he didnt accept it and ask me to pay 5900 to deliver mobile. I asks him to reschedule the delivery, tomorrow. What to do next friends? Anyone faced this problem before? I also checked once, but the IMEI screen upload step is skipping automatically.

Cashify takes the exchange via rabbit app on Amazon order. There app is all buggy

Sad to hear that. Its probably the app bug/issue which caused so much hassel.
Did you try selling the phone to your nearest Cashify store?
No bro. Definitely won't get 5900
If you want to keep the order, you would be required to pay the amount, unless the device can complete all the steps mentioned in the standard operating procedures.
I do not know how the shipping and delivery support (SDS) team too can create any exceptions i it, but if you want
you cam get in touch with the SDS team.
