Amazon nearby upi transaction failed..

I have done upi transaction on nearbuy with Amazon amount deducted and 100cb received but nearbuy Amazon gb didnt received so contacted nearby cc they told me transaction failed will get refund with 5 days otherwise contain Amazon cc.. so I have waited so many but didn’t get refund..

so contacted Amazon cc.. they are telling should contact sbi online cc.. so called them they are telling we don’t provide such a transaction checking facility contact brand so contacted branch then they are telling we don’t hold any amounts.. you have used Amazon so they should be the reason..

guys please help on this.. what to do..

It seems there is some fault happened between sbi UPI transacting merchant and nearby merchant so why the payment got failed.. ! (As per my knowledge amazon is just a handle for sbi UPI, so why you got instant cb)
Hence you need to get in touch with Sbi direct branch help or online support (with some transaction reference number).. Most probably it gets solved automatically in next billing cycle (a month).

Online sbi cc won’t check the reference number.. They don’t have that acess.. Got confirmed on call

did you check your bank statement ?

some merchant manually send back to customer’s UPI ID

but if SBI server was down that time, your money was refund back to merchant account.

also contact nearbuy & told them you will file a charge back because you get confirmation from bank & NPCI, your transaction is successfully credited to the beneficiary (recipient) merchant’s account.

Also mentioned them clearly, this is your Merchant UPI transaction not P2P UPI transaction because currently in India, 90% Bank employees dnt know difference between P2M UPI or P2P UPI transaction. so they will denied your complaint if you dnt mentioned them clearly.

Do one thing, download sbi yono, and there is an option to lodge complaint. I have been doing this way, and have got resolution every time. Do mention trans id with all details.

So much hassle for over a month for using cashless. All these rejections from everywhere is the reason why cash is best.
Btw, you forgot to tag Modi Uncle. He will be able to see ground reality once he is back from world tour
