Amazon not delivering my items what to do

Items have reached nearest warehouse & now they are daily updating fake remark as "Delivery attempted - recipient not contactable" but the truth is that delivery person never calls me & whenever I call him he never receives my call. Item is Recron Pillow.

Yesterday, some station manager, dont know which railway stations manager joy joy joy joy called me & said we will surely deliver tomorrow but no one came again today.

Please suggest what to do most likely If they again fake mark it attempted they item will go back 🤦🏻

Could be due to Water-logging around your area? And you must have received contact number with pin if it was out for delivery, call on that and ask about real issue with them.

Sometimes, when delivery is designated by bike or person (not 4 wheeler), most agents tend to refuse or ignore shipments that are bulky in size or weight.

Exactly, that's my doubt is. I have ordered two sets both get seperated into two different orders and they are with the same person now, he is not receiving calls hence I am feeling doubtful that he dont want to come here cause of size of packets 🤦🏻

if they come for delivery somehow, check the packet from every angle before accepting.chances of getting cotton or something else

Nothing could be done except waiting. Next time when ATS guy shows up, find out the address of delivery hub (nearest hub) and personally collect the packages (If they're important and you don't wanna get them returned)

Not very important bro but these days Amazon dont provided their packing just one logistic sticker on packets and thats it. Pillows are vaccum packed one small hole and they start fluffing, once they fluffed they will become easy target for ATS guy to mess it up. Calling Amazon CC is so bad these days cause they are outsourced to third party call centers (Not just standard BPOs like Sutherland but even to below average BPO) so it is irritating to call them, they dont even speak professionally & try to end call ASAP. If they mess up the order then headache to get replacement from Amazon hence worried.

First, I also thought that bro hence waited patiently but now it's been a week they are fake marking it hence I am feeling something fishy going on, even If they mess up with product they dont admit & try to fix it on their own instead of giving it to customer or sending it back 🤦🏻🤦🏻 these days Amazon doesnt even provide outer packing hence more easy for them to mess up things.

I faced 3/4 times due logistic problems..if it not delivered as per delivery date..place new order instead waiting time...most of times order was not delivered even after a week..calling customer care is a waste of time .

Calling CC is worst these days cause not they are not handled by actual Amazon employees. Most of their CC are outsourced to below average BPOs, nothing to expect from them, even on chat they talk rubbish, last night I was speaking to one CC he said delivery person not receiving your calls cause he is doing 100s orders a day you can whatsapp him to deliver your order urgently joy joy  I have ordered these pillows with other goods If I cancel this smart people will refund deducting cashback which will result in peanuts & overall loss for me pensive pensive not sure If they are doing it on purpose since rest all the things are delivered.

Recron pillow are vaccumed and not bulky. They will look like cloth.  Problem may be due to large number of pending deliveries

Here i am facing problem with Amazon return After putting the item on return, No one coming to pick up but they mark status as price tag missing but no one showed up to pick up return item neither any call from delivery agent...

Common things nowadays (delaying delivery by fake reason)

A lot of logistic carriers are facing heavy load due to season sales.

Usually after 3rd failed attempt item gets returned. If it's important to you , then pick it up from your delivery hub.

They marked my partial order as delivered at 11:30 PM without delivering no_mouth now going to have hard time explaining all these to Amazon & collect refund.

Prime account ka trial abhi active kiya pahele nahi tha, baas ek saal youth wala offer se prime use kiya phir amazon ka service humare yahan dekhe kabhi prime renew karne k maan hi nahi kiya xD
