Amazon not replacing defective MI A3.

Hi,
Any one faced issue with Amazon that after purchasing phone and they are not replacing it if it found defective in 10 days as per their T&C ?

I bought MI A3 for one relative and phone was not turning on. so i raised complain and Amazon sent technician for inspection and he also submitted report as it is defect.
But now Amazon is not ready to replace it without giving any reason.i called many time but they are simply saying that contact MI center instead of Amazon.
So don’t know what is use of 10 days replacement policy her.

contact with them on Twitter, attach technician report and Amazon emails with date.

there social media team and call support is much more responsive than chat support

I don’t think screenshots will be of much help, whatever you talk on the phone or the conclusion, try to get them in writing through email

if they still don’t replace, you can always hold a giveaway and send it to me

PS : i had the similar prob with redmi 4,my screen was yellow (turns out the prob with every redmi 4) , they sent tvs technician and he handed me a report. I sent the same to Amazon, they said they can’t replace but only refund. So I agreed. This all happened within 2 days of delivery. I dont know why would u wait for 10 days to pass. waiting too long raises suspicious, u know, weather it was really the device or your own doing
