Amazon not showing cashbacks amount on payment page?

Earlier amazon showed me cashbacks amount for each payment during checkout.
I noted today, it’s not showing the cashbacks amount for my apay icici CC.
Happening with others also?
Customer care is clueless and telling me to talk to icici.
How can icici tell about what’s not being shown on Amazon!?

yes for fresh offer it was not showing but got 200 cb
