Amazon offer collected but didn't receive cashback

4 days ago I added 200 rs in Dream11 via Amazon pay after collecting the Dream11 cashback offer, but still I haven’t received the CB yet, I talked to the customer care and they are like bots, repeating same song of “u will receive”. Anyone else with the same issue?

That email address stopped working , now no response from their side.
Happened with me.. many times.. took every step screenshot.. and sent email with all data… And they will give me random excuses. nothing happens… If they don’t want to give.. they won’t
