My shopping experience with Flipkart is not good.

I have Amazon prime membership and Flipkart plus membership. Flipkart take too much delivery time but Amazon did not

After sale service of Amazon is far better than Flipkart.

Right now , while ordering flipkart giving supercoin for all orders .so prefer flipkart

Flipkart lost its charm and became flopkart by harrassing users for returns/exchanges, and also by blocking accounts for silly reasons. (of course it is the result of fraud users misusing their old policies but their approach for curbing this went wrong because genuine users are also suffering with new policies)

Amazon is on the verge to lose its charm but not yet. Their CC team was too good in the beginning days but now has many new people with zero knowledge and command over resolutions. In many occasions I had to explain them issues like we explain to kindergarten kids. Many fake reviews and incomplete details. Glitches and bugs.

One thing is for sure, Amazon accepts after some argument, if it’s their mistake but Flipkart will try to shift the blame or acts ignorant.

Amazon – However, I think both will same preferred in 2020 as
1. Amazon disallowed clubbing offer
2. Amazon started promo based offers in recharge section
3. Customer Support is now detoriating

#Flipkart Because of

1. Forcefully asking PAN card for cash back on amazon
2. App user interface, Amazon has one of the shittiest along with non working filters mostly. (100% biased on this)
3. Proper reviews

The other day was searching for a phone <10000, u can compare number of choices on Amazon when filtered with seller cloudtail / appario retail and the same on Flipkart with WS retail / truenet commerce

There’s no comparison. Amazon is far better. I buy from Amazon even if it’s <5% more extensive. Amazon prime is cherry on top.

In terms of bad experience. I have faced from both. For large appliances mainly electronics. I had very bad experience with flipkart. Support team was not at taking the responsibility. 2 replacements done but still damaged product. Once it was height when the sealed pack product was covered in dust and i got excuse from the support team that during transportation dust entered the container.
Another thing is that 1st flipkart 1st level support doesn’t have adequate knowledge and they will not hesitate to tell that this is not possible even in mail.
But that was actually possible as per flipkart policy. I had the escalate it then it was solved.

One more bad experience is when they cancel your mobile phone order just because you ordered 4 -5 last year and gave them revenue

And the larger picture comes when you have taken the some high amount item on emi and their replacement process took two months and finally returned. You will have to bear the interest.

Offline is my first choice….

Flipkart , why ?

1. Delivery system of Flipkart is better than Amazon ( may be you not agree but I cancel Amazon’s three orders one by one after waiting for one week, their control over their delivery department low).

2. They give 5% cash back on their Flipkart axis bank credit card into credit card not in wallet.

3. Flipkart give super coins.

4. Cash back :- Amazon suck at this because if you want to return any item (on which you got cash back) then your money stuck in wallet & they only return remaining amount in your account/credit card.

Note :- This apply When price same on both after every deduction or discount.

Any way we can unblock the flipkart account it’s been nearly 3 years my account has been blocked

If the price is constant, I would always prefer FLIPKART over Amazon.

My experiences with them are better than Amazon.

I think it depends on how you have experiences with each of them, whether Good, Bad or Worst. Including shipping and returns. I haven’t returned any products lately, since Diwali until lockdown. I did experience better Delivery Services on Amazon from Jan-Mar 2020 but I guess Corona was a bigger enemy to it.

So far I would prefer Flipkart, until I experience any better on Amazon or bad on Flipkart
