Amazon order cancelled but product delivered

Hi dimers,
I ordered a product on Amazon (worth 30k) from a third party seller. Due to late delivery issues, I requested the seller and Amazon to cancel the order and refund my money. The seller Initiated the refund and I got my money in 3 days. I think due to some operational issues, the seller shipped the product and I received the product today.
So, whats next?
Will Amazon or seller ask the money, should I wait for them to ask money or should I call Amazon and pay the money?
Dimers pls share your experiences if you encounter this kind of thing in the past.

Sooner or later you have to pay for item as soon as seller realise his mistake so better u make the first move… And also we don’t know his financial status and may be he is new to this business and may be he may not get the proper help from az..
A big surprise reply I got from Amazon when I contacted them about how should I pay the money back….. Any guesses?

Sellers won’t get reimbursement atleast for three weeks – 1 month especially Non-Amazon fulfilled sellers using third party courier options
Edit : Seller could’ve raised a Safe-t claim for lost package (Only if shipped via ATS) but even for that you need to wait for atleast 2 months (Even though they say u can raise a ticket after a month)

Good. They did that couple of times for tampered packages (Electronics) but never the product price was above 10k+
In my case..seller was either Cloudtail india or Appario … Assuming that the seller here is a third party seller & if he erroneously shipped the product after approving refund ..he might still contact u. If he does..it is you n the seller w/o amazon

Even Amazon made it clear..there’s nothing can be done from their side (Also about that “Keep the money & product” could be a generic statement too as most of the times they deal with issues related to their in-house sellers like Cloudtail or Appario)
Also unlike US trade laws…here u got to return the product if it gets delivered to you because of an error (Indian Trade laws). So seller will win the case easily if he decides to contest. So if seller contacts u..reach out to Amazon support & talk to any higher official and proceed with the next step (Useless talking to their call center people)
& If finally u had to return ..then return the product itself (unless the deal is exceptionally good)

Amazon keeps track of this stuff !! Better return it if you value your account. This will help in case they mess up the other way and blame you like if they mark it delivered but dont deliver it. Also, amazon can sometimes go really nuts and put an “investigation team” and if that happens, you will get a fraud charge on you , which will easily be gone if you have not started using the product, as far as I know. However, if you think you can handle those risks, then keep it.
This reminded me of an incident that happened in my 8th. I was walking home from tuition at 10:30 PM and a drunkard dropped 500 rupee cash on the road and it was pretty deserted. I did not pick it up for reasons I really dont know. Later when I told this to my mom, my mom said that if Lakshmi is coming to you don’t reject it. Pick it up. However, if your conscience does not allow you to use it on yourself., donate it in a temple. So, what I am trying to say is, think smart legally and keep calm.

I ordered asomething and cancelled it. But it came yesterday. On the top of the box it says prepaid. But I didn’t pay anything. Today they called me and asked for money. But I didn’t get any receipt for that product. Should I pay or not?
