Friend ordered the same in exchange on 2nd and delivered on 6th Oct. What is this funda?

Most of the Oct 2nd orders are delivered within a day or two
But from Oct 3, orders are delayed
There’s no update on one of my Oct 3 order
today i got a message from flipkart that my order is on track and i will be getting it by Oct 14

6 of my Amazon orders dispatched today morning.
10 of my orders delivered, 4-5 still in transit.

WTF 
Ordered 14 items from Amazon and 8 from snapdeal and have received everything.
Ordered just a phone (Moto E3) from Flipkart and it is yet to be despatched

Ordered deo from amazon on 3rd October and still its not shipped
The two things I ever bought from tatacliq(two slippers on 2nd OCT) aren’t delivered yet, got a mail yesterday ‘Uh-oh! The delivery of an item XXXXX from your order XXXXX is delayed’… grrrrrrrrr
They took them 3 days to ship the product and Bluedart another three days to process it. 
amazon is delaying too much this time

Amazon is worst. Dont place any order.
In my case, its the other way around. All my Amazon orders were shipped after a slight delay, but my only FlipKart order is still not processed even after 5 days.
amazon is good but their courier partner Ats sucks i.e worst than xpressbees . not making an attempt to deliver / contact me but putting consignee n/a / un delivered
I had the same problem happened to me after many years.
well complained to the amazon customer care regarding this.
Well my product is not more than 200rs. Its not a big loss.
My suggestions.
Top up amazon pay balance.
Get cash back, use it for book my show, recharge, etc..
For products
Better go for cash on delivery than doing prepaid
Don`t go for high range products.
Either their technology or their big network,
somewhere some one makes the mistake.
Small products are better as well small loss if not received.
I also ordered mobile on 6th august, 2020 from amazon. and Today is 9th august, 2020. still is showing me preparing for dispatch.
what should I do now ?
I also contacted customer support and they told me we guaranteed you to delivered your order on time.
now lets see on 13th august, 2020. they delivered or not.
please support me.
