Hi friends,
I have Otp Login Issue , unable to login to my Amazon Account getting message as "
Authentication required
One Time Password (OTP) sent to +91********XX. Please enter it below to complete verification.
Enter OTP
A new OTP has been sent to your mobile number."
But not able to get Otp since 2 days !
I am receiving other messages on my number but Amazon Message is not Receiving , any solution ?
Anyone facing same issue ?

Try Login through PC
Check email.

Login from the device in which u registerd and opened the account first tym…it wont ask for otp.
Use your mail id as log in ID and select log in via e-mail OTP option. Me too faced this issue and logged in successfully, using this method. 
That option didn’t show up
What if I lost the number/doesn’t have access now… Can I still get OTP in e-mail ?
Yes, try it
Get Google authenticator app instead of mobile otp.
Login by using magicpin safegold etc,( just a demo buy don’t pay)
And u can login via otp on email
This is the Best solution which I follow.
I had the same issue on one account with aircel no. After aircel suddenly closed its network in Assam, I had no choice but to abandon account ☹
I have 2FA enabled on Amazon & since I didn’t want to face this issue, I had selected the phone call also for OTP alongwith the SMS & the Google Authenticator app & also used 2 different network phone numbers for both OTP on call & on SMS…My primary number has been set as my main AirTel number & I never had any problem getting the OTP…
For people who are facing login issues due to OTP not coming can email to Amazon’s customer care email directly explaining the issue & they should be able to send you a login code to your email..

Same happened with me around 15 days ago struggled to login for 4-5 days later when i tried on app instead of web/pc website it worked fined so try app login or wait atleast 5 days try again if not contact cc
i want register with new idea number since 20 days .but not able to get otp my number .any solution @syed786
May be it will work soon , this is due to lockdown only , I have already tried with Bsnl, Airtel same issue ,.so better to try after April 14 !
What solution did u get? I am facing the same issue with my airtel as well as jio number. I think problem is with the handset bcoz I inserted the sim in other phone and received the OTP. I checked all the settings but found nothing to rectify.

Call cc. Tell him the full issue calmly that I’m having the phone but otp isn’t coming. And ask him to send otp to email. If he doesn’t. Then ask him politely to let you talk to his senior. Ask senior the same thing politely. He’ll do it. I did this twice successfully.
