Amazon OTP not coming

i have an airtel sim card in which i can do calls and send sms , also i can recieve sms from my friends , incoming as well as outgoing working fine
but from that sim card when iam trying create amazon account no otp is coming , tried several times , also tried to check whether this number is already registered but its not.
so what can be the issue ,
OTP coming on my secondary sims . but not on this particular sim .
