Amazon Pay Credit Card Cashback Fraud

Last month I’ve spend only ₹209 on my Apay ICICI card that is a mobile recharge. So I’ll suppose to receive ₹209x2% = ₹4.18(Rounded of ₹4) cashback. But I’m shocked to see that I’ve got only ₹2 cashback. So this is clear fraud As per their T&C.

It’s still same 5% on Az Purchase and 2% on Recharge/Bill Payment.
If your bill is generated, check the statement mail PDF, and check how many other transactions are made in that pdf and may be you can come to conclusion.. and contact their CC support..
previously in iMobile app, we were able to see the points incurred for last 10 transactions.. but that option is not present now..
You got 1% cashback. May be you recharge is done using the card on third party website in which case the cashback is correct. Have been using the card for more than 2 years and the cash back is always correct. No company wants to cheat you just to save ₹2.
i do 3-4k Recharge/Bill payment through Amazon Pay card every month. Because of too many small transaction I’ve never bothered to track cashback i got. But last month I got FK Axis card and done all my recharge through this card. And last month I did only 1 recharge from Amazon with Apay card then i noticed this fraud.

t:- check for updated tnc if any.
get statement. If everything ok then complaint to nodal officer and pgportal for fraud. If no resolution then file case in consumer forum with help of lawyer
Recently I have problem with fuel surcharge reversal for Amazon Pay card. I used to go same fuel station. For two transactions in a month, I got only one surcharge reversal. I called customer care and they acknowledged some technical problem. They refund me after 10 days. Even I doubt cashbacks aren’t correct. There is no proper statement for each cashback.
There are lits of site which gives greater cashback than 2%.
eg- payzapp (5%) , Bajaj finserv (10%), aduko (10%)..surprised y u are still using Amazon pay( unless you have discount on Amazon pay balance)?
they are not giving correct cashback for sure. i made around 4k purchases on Amazon using Amazon pay card only but i got only
<500 cashback.. i raised complaint and requested for detailed statement but they just replied that the cashback is correct as per t&c. Now stopped using it completely 
i spent 6300 last month on amazon and 48k nrml txn and they have send me 5100 cashback god knows what they are upto
it is a shitty card bro , whenever i see apay icici excluded i get a feeling to close it but it is ltf that’s why keeping i would have closed it even if i was paying 100rs fees. i would have felt not worth it 
Why use card for recharge? You can always get Amz GV at min 5% discount and then use that bal for recahrge

Recharge in Amazon pay? Their cashback credit always had discrepancies to actual eligible amount in past so it’s not new.
