Amazon Pay down or what?

I don’t understand what’s going on! Since yesterday I’ve been trying to send upi payment to someone and it just keeps failing. Tried 5 times total, twice yesterday and 3 times today. Anyone having problems with Amazon pay?
Update: Wow i just tried with another account and it’s same. Same Transaction failed!

Yes. Just chatted with their CC. They acknowledged the problem. So casually the CC rep. said yes there’s a problem it’ll be fixed in 24 hours just use some other payment mode. I tried sending payments day before yesterday too, it failed then even. So the issue is going on for 3 days (minimum) now.
