Amazon pay GC with discounts

I have utility bill payments that I do on Amazon and have Amazon pay ICICI CC which gives 2% cashback.

I wanted to check if there is a way I can get Amazon pay gift cards at higher discount and then pay my utility bills.

Can someone share anything like above if they have been doing it.

I have no other credit cards apart from Amazon pay ICICI.

sbi still gives ? Somewhere I read that SBI is no more giving CB for amazon purchased GV as well

I am buying gv everyday and have got cashback for each transaction till date.

If u buy from amazon then it gives 5% if u buy from gyftr and all then no. But on amazon any gift card purchase has limit like 30k in 30 days 40k in 50 days and 50k in 90 days

SBI Cashback gives 5% for all gvs from Amazon.

HDFC Millenia - I have only tried Amazon gv from Amazon and got 5%

amazon pay gift cards are not purchasable from amazon site with any credit cards.
is it only for me? or for every1?
