You can’t see transaction wise reward points in statement. Only option is imobile. That too you can see on last 30 days transactions.

Got it, thank you. I can see the points awarded for last statement.

I have seen some fellow dimers discussing about points allocated for individual transactions so wondering if there is any such feature.

U can see it via imobile app from icici. Click on any transaction, it will show points gained from it. However transaction is limited to last 30days.

Yes, I have also noticed the same. I think this happened starting from Sept month. No intimation done to the customers for it.

Now if you use ICICI Apay Card for Rs.999 transaction(assuming transaction that gives 1% cashback), you will get 9 reward points(equivalent to Rs.9) and not 10.

even ICICI started roundig off to lower side. like if u buy 199 item on az then reward should be 9.95. earlier they gave 10 rs now they are giving 9 rs.

On a different note, when does axis fp cashback gets credited to the account. I see it is calculated in the statement, but I don’t see it getting adjusted anywhere

Its credited once you pay the credit card bill of that month.

It will be adjusted in next month’s statement.
You have to pay full bill amount first, cb if any will be adjusted in next month statement.

It will be adjusted automatically in next month’s statement.. just 2-3 days before statement generation.. u can see in translation details also. It will show as Credit

When will that credit be shown? after statement generation or a few days before next statement generation?

Ex: statement generation date 15th of every month. September cashback will be credited on 12 or 13th Oct and statement generates on 15th Oct after deducting credited cashback from unbilled spends

Don’t have personal experience but it should be based on date of transaction… For the transactions done before expiry, 5% and afterwards 3%

Slightly off topic but in my statement this time I have seen negative points ..yeah -121 points same thing happened last month, -350 points.

Could be relevant that there are about 50k worth of transactions that I converted to emi by calling customer care and since then this is happening.

I’ve mailed them about this issue but no reply yet (3days)

Any pointers as to why this is happening

I am clicking the txn, it doesn't show points earned from it. It say whether emi eligible or not. No item wise reward point details.
