All who've received the Amazon pay ICICI card during current campaign, have availed / how to avail first welcome benefit? Bcoz at checkout no cashback is shown as well first transaction should be proper shopping order?

I tried shopping order for first transaction but no cashback info is shown on the checkout screen. Not sure what's the exact process.
