All are valid transactions and not for commercial use.
Anyway to get the cashback credited in amazon account? Around 9k apay cashback stuck

What's the point then . Why did icici increase the credit limit of a pay cc to 7.6 lakhs,,?
Assuming u got max (5%) cashback,
to achieve this u must have spent 4.5l atleast on amazon.
In reality, u may have spent even more if u achieved 2℅/1% through other spending categories.
This spending pattern is obiviously commercial purpose in CC company's view. Even you give excuse you were buying 1 lack worth of lg oled tvs for each of your rooms.
If it was premium cards like infinia/DCB/Magnus the chance of getting this kinda trouble is minimum.
Now coming to your 9k CB,
Forget about that, and your card will be blocked for sure.
Don't shed tears and say goodbye to the golden goose.
Wait 6 months.
Till then if you have SBI CB card you're good to go.
If the flight bookings were not for commercial purpose probably your card will be just fine.
Maybe those were rent payment based misuses.
CashBack over 8k in a statement gets investigated and takes 15 days time. ICICI has close ties with amazon and hence can easily verify the txns done. If all txns were personal, you shouldn’t worry.
Learnt this from ICICI after buying an iPhone from Amazon, had no issues though, just took 15 days more.
Problem is with icici since last 1-2 years... they are even flagging and closing salary accounts which are been with them since 2007... on safe side, i use hdfc,pnb... immense upi transaction daily... one side govt says, use digital payments n on other side... icici doing all this..

I have a statement of 2.6 Lacs and reward is 11k+ through Amazon pay icici credit card.
I have purchased mobile phones only 10-12.
And now this SMS appears.
"Dear Customer,the credit of reward points for ICICI Bank Card XX7004 is on hold as transactions are being investigated. If the transactions are not for commercial use,it will be credited within 10 working days."
Can anybody tell me what gonna happen??
Buying 10 to 12 mobile and you say it is non commercial use.? They are rightly investigating as 10 to 12 mobile buying for personal use is very very rare. Card will get blocked - 99 % chance.
Have you received cashback?
Your card has been Flagged For commercial use.
In most case you won't get reward and card will be permanently blocked.
