Amazon pay icici credit card incorrect reward points

Hi, My Amazon pay icici credit card is showing incorrect reward points for statement generated on 18th Dec and when I contacted customer care they told this is a technical issue for many customers and correct reward points would be credited on 26th Dec. is anybody facing similar issues??

no points credited
No cashback credited to my Amazon account.
In september they had credited extra and this time less.. whats wrong with these guys. They should adopt how axis guys show in there statements for flipkart axis bank credit card.
Most likely..they will adjust the difference next month
This is second/third time something as such happened recently (6 months..)
What kind of mistake is happening, Is cashback not getting credited or cashback % credited is more/less ?
earlier I used to get 5% cashback on Amazon wallet load also but now it is reduced to 2% has anyone else also face the same issue ?
On 26th December, I Got my pending reward points
ICICI bank is not fulfilling the promise. When we talked to customer care executives, the are not aware with the T&C of this card. I am a Prime member of Amazon but saldomly getting 5% reward points. Some time they have credited 1%, some time 2% and some time 5% on the same kind of transactions made on Amazon only.
As per the T&C 5% reward points must be given to all the prime members. Still it is same according to Amazon’s tie-up with the ICICI Bank.
Yes this month it has happened to many. Just remember to complain once and they will likely correct in next cycle.
