This is normal. With every billing cycle, they calculate the CB and credit it to your Amazon Pay account in that billing cycle. If in the next billing cycle, you received refunds for the items purchased in the previous billing cycle or they mistakenly gave you say 5% CB instead of 2%, they will keep adjusting the extra CB credited to your Amazon Pay, i.e. you won't get any CB until that extra CB already credited to you is adjusted.

But In December It Was Minus 64, In January’s Statement Its Minus 338..

So I’m Confused… What to do Now??

Yes.
Ordered a nord ce 2 at no cost emi in the recent billing cycle.

I first ordered a black color phone by mistake.
Then cancelled it.
Then again ordered the blue color.

After few days I saw that even after refund of the first order emi was created for both the orders.

I requested icici to cancel one of the emi but they cancelled both. expressionless

I messaged them again to cancel the cancellation of one of the emi.

What I think is that they deducted the cashback of  all three emi transactions (5% of 65760 = 3288).
Deduction of a cashback which was never credited. rolleyes

I think that they deducted the cashback of  cancelled emi transactions. But the cashback was never actually credited.

Strange. If they haven't credited this 3288rs as cashback yet then you should contact ICICI (negative balance means future earnings will get affected

EMI transactions via Apay CC are not eligible for 5% CB. Initially thought the statement got generated very soon after you made these multiple phone orders (before the bank converted them to EMI) and amazon credited this amount to your Apay wallet

@getready @vrushanksoni251 I am in touch with icici on twitter.
They asked me to wait for 3 days and inform if cashback is not credited.
I will contact them again tomorrow.
Will report it to RBI after they fail to fix it.
Till then I'll use my millennia credit card only.

Yes, RBI is indeed helpful via Ombudsman Scheme but we need to get in touch with the bank/cc issuer first and may be couple of follow-ups too (These communication texts/emails need to attached when we raise our concerns with RBI)

While Amazon pay icici card email support is adamant that the negative reward points are because of emi. But I Got a call from icici bank social media guy, He told me that this has happened with all icici customers who bought something on emi. He assured me that the negative points will be adjusted in next month bill. I said "I hope that this issue is fixed permanently."

Update :
You were partially correct.

Out of -3268 they fixed it partially but even after adjustments my reward points are - 973 this month as well.
I raised this issue issue on twitter again.
The same guy Mudassar called me back. He again tried to tell me that reward points were deducted because extra rewards were credited earlier.
I told him, "-3000 reward points mean that refund of transactions worth rs 60k were done? " But my monthly shopping on this card never crosses 5-7k.

Then he assured me again to get it rechecked. https://cdn0.desidime.com/attachments/photos/812832/medium/Screenshot2022-10-04-19-53-06-35e307a3f9df9f380ebaf106e1dc980bb6.jpg?1664894133

The negative reward points has finally been fixed in this month's bill.
Thankfully, I did not need to go to RBI.
ICICI Twitter support (although they took two months) fixed it.
I had stopped using this card for these two months.

Message them on twitter.

Customer care will keep giving copy paste replies.

But mail them at least once to get the reference number.

If the issue remains unresolved for 30 days. Complain to RBI.

Mujhe 3 month tak mood maarne ke baad sahi reward points diye the.
