I am Not Getting Cashback Points , Amazon Pay ICICI CC Team Emailed me that We inform you that you have received extra reward points in your previous billing cycle Hence the Additional rewards points are Adjusting now.
Anyone Facing Such Issue ?

2. Rewards will be according to card linked account status, whether its prime or non-prime. Ex: if your card linked account has prime but other account hasn't, then also you will get cashback according to card linked account.
3. You can shop from any amazon account, doesn't need to be linked with mobile no. of amz icici card.
the negative balance is due to the error in their system. Similar thing happened to me, merchant refunded the amount for a cancelled transaction and the ICICI deducted the rewards for that credit amount whereas for the debit transaction amount they have not credited any rewards at all so instead of net reward points of a refunded transaction to be supposed to be neutral, we are accruing negative balance in rewards. That I came to know after going through the rewards statement obtained through their customer care email.

they do that regularly when we have many refunds going to next cycle of billing, nothing new in that
